With CommerxEMS's built-in databases, providers have quick, accurate access to the most up-to-date medical protocols, information on drug interactions and other valuable information, improving patient care and reducing potential legal liability. And with the ability to increase employee communication, you'll lay the groundwork for improved employee relations.
Support: CommerxEMS defines regular support hours as Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Mountain Time. After hours calls are Monday to Thursday 5pm to 8am the following day, and Friday 5pm to Monday 8am Mountain Standard Time. All regular calls will be responded to within 1 hour during regular business hours, and the next business day if received after hours. Emergency calls will be responded to within 15 minutes 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
CommerxEMS also provides IT support to clients, and has a well versed technical team to provide the best support possible.
