Communication: CommerxEMS provides a group and individual messaging functionality that has many uses.  Individuals can send messages and charts to each other; admin can send updates and broadcast messages, and notify users of new protocols and updates.  This helps communication with field staff, providing the foundation for better employee relations.

Security: With 12-level password security you will be confident that patient data is completely protected.  The CommerxEMS solution meets and exceeds all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act) standards and regulations.

During all data transmissions of the patient care record over a connection the data is encrypted with a minimum three layers of 128 bit encryption.  All files composing the patient care record are individually encrypted, then all files are zipped and packaged together and this package is encrypted.  Finally when the zip file is queued for uploading, a third level of encryption is applied to the transmitted files.

While the application synchronizes remote data, your information is NEVER at risk.
