CommerxEMS provides rapid information retrieval during time-critical situations, reducing the possibility of human error.

Reporting: CommerxEMS includes over 40 standard reports with the software, which can be generated on a preset time schedule, or on the fly as needed.  We also have custom interfaces that work with reporting portals (such as Crystal Reports) to generate custom reports.  We're also currently working on a functional new reporting portal that will offer a plethora of features and options. 

Customization: The quality of information provided on PCRs often varies greatly. CommerxEMS helps eliminate that problem, ensuring that uniform information is collected. ePCR Charter allows for extensive customization of the application, including colours, logos, forms, mandatory elements, fields, interfaces, and more.  ePCR Charter and Console offer you the freedom to customize as much or as little to best suit your organizational requirements.

CommerxEMS enables the organization to mine patient care data from macro to micro levels, including the ability to perform 'ad hoc' reporting. Recurring reports are easily built and stored, providing you with standardized reporting packages.  ePCR Charter lets the user dissect information in ways that were previously unavailable to most healthcare organizations.

Training and Review: The CommerxEMS suite of products helps you with employee training by keeping track of certifications, continuing education, and expiry dates.  You can also review and monitor the performance and competencies of practitioners, helping you plan more focused training. By reviewing completed PCRs, ePCR Charter helps you measure outcomes against protocols.  And finally, you can monitor and improve hospital wait times with our Transfer of Care application.

CommerxEMS also stands by our applications by providing full and complete training to anyone in your organization.  We offer 3 levels of training:

  • Train the Trainer
  • Train the Administrator
  • Train the End User
The training sessions run in half day (4 hour) increments with a maximum of 20 attendees per session, depending on the type of training provided.  Training covers all functionality of ePCR Console and Charter, including the completion and review of PCRs, navigation and use of the application assigning passwords, security levels, customization, and more.

One-on-one training is also available over the phone or in person
