Full PCR Documentation: CommerxEMS - ePCR Charter enables the accurate completion of Patient Care Records (PCRs), providing flexibility in documentation using the included medical templates.
HIPAA Compliant: Data within the CommerxEMS suite of products is heavily encrypted with at least 128 bit wireless encryption and uses role-based password protection. All entries are documented with a user and date/time stamp to provide a complete audit trail.
Drug Databases: CommerxEMS is licensed to provide one of the leading sources of drug interaction/information in the health care industry.
Readable Narrative: CommerxEMS - ePCR Charter allows pre-hospital personnel to generate medical records in natural language. The templates used are designed to be specific for different medical conditions and can be modified by the customer according to their organization's needs.
Signature Capture: CommerxEMS - ePCR Charter allows for multiple signatures to be captured and provides visual prompts to the medic.
Standard Forms: Forms such as AMA, Advanced Notice to Beneficiary, Insurance, Incident Reports, and custom forms are contained within the software, saving medics time by eliminating redundant entry. All forms can capture various signatures (patient, medic, witnesses, etc.) and are stored with the applicable PCR.
Mandatory Completion Fields: The EMS provider can choose which fields are mandatory prior to the closing of a PCR. These validations are easy on/off functions controlled by the customer.

Real-Time Administrative Reporting: ePCR Console is the administrative add-on to ePCR Charter that enables administrative users to view and ammend records, generate reports, monitor and coach staff, and customize the ePCR Charter user interface.
Hand Held PCR Entry: CommerxEMS has developed a hand held versionof ePCR Charter called ePCR Scribe. ePCR Scribe enablesmedics to chart on the go without a cumbersome laptop. Common usesinclude festivals, special events, sporting events, or for use onbikes. Completed ePCR Scribe records can be uploaded to a laptop ordirectly to the server.
Bridging the Gap: CommerxEMS helps you cross the line between pre-hospital and hospital care by granting access to electronic records to receiving parties. The receiving parties can view PCRs while the patient is still en route, arming them with the accurate information they need to prepare and make the best decisions possible.
Simplified Communications: InfoRoute Server provides the ability to organize and send patient care records (including ECGs and supporting forms) to user defined recipients within or external to your organization. This product also has the ability to parse regional or amalgamated CAD feeds and disseminate them to the appropriate companies and units.
Past Incident Administration: This application facilitates everything that happens after patient care: prepare and send billing extracts, prepare and send regulatory extracts, make record corrections and monitor quality assurance processes.
Maximum Utilization: Commerx helps you solve the problem of lengthy EMS hospital off-load times with our Transfer of Care (ToC) tool. By monitoring time spent, you can track and improve standards. Exception reports provide administrative staff with key information on deviances, ultimately leading to policy changes and practice improvements.
Accurate Reporting: ToC Report Viewer is the reporting portal for the Transfer of Care application. It provides a standardized set of reporting tools, as well as the ability to create and modify custom reports.
