CommerxEMS Updates!
Under Commerx leadership, CommerxEMS has advanced its position as a dominant force in the electronic patient care record management industry. Commerx continuously strives for a more user friendly and customer focused application.
Some of the significant changes that are already in place include:
- Implemented annual user conference – the first conference was a great experience for all who were able to make it. We hope to see even more people come out next year!
- AAIMS accreditation (Alberta’s regulatory standard) – please see the write up on AAIMS in this issue of the CommerxEMS eNewsletter.
- Reduced number of moving parts and dependencies – for example, front end file creation has been scaled back from 50 files to 4!
- Improved and updated InfoTrac (our billing solution) by adding new work flow options and allowing more fields to be reviewed – look for more details on InfoTrac in our upcoming December issue of the CommerxEMS eNewsletter.
- Customers have more control over their accounts and charges – we issue a change notice or work order for each request a client makes that will incur additional charges. We require authorization from the client before proceeding, ensuring both Commerx and the client are clear before proceeding.
- Expanded server space – with a complete data storage center, CommerxEMS clients will never be short of computing resources or space.
- New website and enewsletter – we want to keep you in the loop, and let you know about all the exciting things taking place at Commerx.
